John is a Personal Trainer with over 8 years’ experience.
A career change in his 30s saw him moving away from a desk job and following his passion for the fitness industry inspired by his love of sports and personal health journey.
From teaching Bootcamps to semi-private coaching, he has also ended up working and coaching Ireland National teams.
After years of working as personal trainer he decided to upskill and is now an accredited Nutritionist. He continues to spend his time upskilling in a variety of ways so he can deliver the best possible service to his clients.
Now working at The Edge, he loves getting clients the results they want all whilst educating and helping them find that important balance in their life.
