Liam has over 5 year’s experience in the health and fitness industry, and has been competing in martials arts since a very young age. Since beginning his career in Personal Training, Liam has taken a keen interest in individualized anatomy, as well as the key components in physiology that help clients progress quickly, safely and in an enjoyable manner.
Continuing to upskill, Liam has completed courses in Nutrition, Sleep, Digestion and Stress management, to help our members with more than just their fitness goals, and help optimise their overall health.
While the science and guidelines regarding training continuously adapt and change, Liam prides himself in his ability to take the complexity and guesswork out of each clients journey, so that clients can put their full trust and confidence into each plan.
