Catherine Twomey and Louise Ryan

We joined The Edge gym around Oct 2020 and had Mick as our personal trainer. He was great at assessing our individual goals at the start and tailored a program for us which we really enjoyed doing. We could feel the results starting to come, even within a few weeks. When the lockdown hit, we thought we were done for when it came to training, but Mick went above and beyond. He has kept in contact with us weekly to see how we’re getting on and offering his help or advice when needed. He gave us 2 at home workouts to do, based on the equipment we had, to try keep us on track for when the gym re-opens. We’re so grateful for all the effort he’s putting in to help us achieve our goals, both when we were in the gym and during the lockdowns.
