I started training with Aideen in the hope of increasing my fitness levels and losing weight as I hadn’t been doing much exercise at all and was eating a lot of the wrong foods. I hadn’t enjoyed the gym in the past and Aideen made me feel so welcome and quickly I started to really enjoy and look forward to the personal training sessions with her twice a week. She encouraged me to help me reach my personal goals and checked in on me regularly with helpful tips, recipes etc. Since training with Aideen I lost 10kg and my fitness has hugely improved. I have a much better mindset around nutrition and exercise. I would highly recommend Aideen as a personal trainer.
