Saoirse has over 3 years experience in the fitness industry, her journey began when she started with a personal trainer over 2 years ago and found her passion for fitness and health. She then qualified as a fitness instructor & personal trainer over year ago.
Saoirse has always had an interest in sports & fitness playing Gaelic from the age of 8 to then go onto gym based training.
She has recently joined our team and has a strong belief that in a strong mind will bring a stronger body. Her approach to training people is to help them better understand the positive effects of exercise on the mind and body. Hard work and pushing past our pre conceived limitations promotes self-development and growth and aims to instil this into her clients.
