The Edge Clontarf founders, James Swan and David Mulqueen, have served and excelled in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and have brought together a strong team who are equally dedicated and passionate about taking healthy living to a unique new level. Both founders have worked as Personal Trainers in Dublin and have worked passionately for the past number of years to build and grow their unique Personal Training facility in Clontarf in Dublin.

The initial consultation is where we get to know each and every one of our clients. This is the process whereby we get to know your personality, your goals and your expectations. With this information on board, we develop your own personal program, your nutritional plan and highlight the necessary lifestyle modifications needed to achieve your results in a realistic and motivational way.
Consultations are held during this first visit so that we can supply you with the tools to reach your goals faster, more effectively and to maintain your new healthy lifestyle.
