Joe Kelly

Joe has 2 years experience in the health and fitness industry with a strong interest in Strength and conditioning and Body Physiology. He began at the age of 16 training to help aid his performance on the field. Joe has a background in a multiple of sports but Rugby has been the main focus in the last couple of years.

After numerous injuries he began to look into the causes. He found it fascinating the importance of programming for an athlete as to what the effects of a high impact sport has on the body. This was the start to his career and why he went on to become a personal trainer as his passion is to help people perform not just on the field but in life and live pain free.

Joe continues to up-skill in Body Physiology to ensure his clients receive the best results possible.
