Now we are giving you the chance to join our long list of success stories. For first time The Edge is going to open its doors to a fully fledged bootcamp. To get 2012 off to the best start possible join our early morning Bootcampers for guaranteed results. 

What does it involve?

The Edge: Bootcamp will involve 3 group personal training sessions per week in our state of the art training facility and access to the gym at weekends. Also as an added bonus you will receive a FREE nutritional consultation to ensure you get the results you want. These workouts out be specifically designed to ensure that you get the most out of your workout ensuring that you lose body fat, get fitter, healthier and stronger. Each participant will have their nutrition, training, weight and body fat monitored by a dedicated trainer.

When is it?

Starting in January 2012.

Group Personal Training every Monday, Wednesday & Friday Morning at 6am. Also you can take advantage of a weekend session in The Edge Clontarf with a specific program for your goals.

Starting March 2012

The Evening Sessions will be Monday, Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 11am. 

Who is it for?

The Edge: Bootcamp will cater for all fitness levels and experiences levels both male and female. You will train with people of similar conditioning and experience as yourself.  

Why is it different from other Bootcamps?

The Edge: Bootcamp is held at our state of the art Training facility, one of the leading facilities in the country. The sessions will be held like group personal training session. You will be split into small groups and have a specific program’s designed to suit your fitness levels and tailored to make sure you reach your goal. Each session will be recorded to ensure you progress is constant. The Edge BOOTCAMP is:

How much does it cost?

The cost of the 6 week course, of up to 24 sessions for only €499.
